Newbie Seeking Meal Plan Advice?

Hello all, I've been joined to MFP for a while now and I think introducing myself and seeking new friends/support would help me stick to achieving my goal. So please feel free to add me as a friend.

I weigh 15st and want to loose 3st by July 2013.

I would love some advice about meal plans, what things to eat, what to drink, what to snack on ect as this I think this is stopping me from losing the weigh. I would love to set up a 7 day meal plan for myself to follow. So any meals/food suggestions would be a big help.
