All of these changes were from August 28th to present:

    1) Joined MFP and tracked calories for first time ever in life, measure food with scale and cups
    2) Went from no regular exercise (for past 5 years) to 30 minutes of vigorous exercise a day
    3) Only drank water and coffee
    4) Maintained good posture
    5) Lost 30 pounds, and inches everywhere. Was so fed up I seriously looked into a breast reduction and after busting my *kitten* for 4 months I have lost over 5 inches in my boobs and don't feel like I need surgery anymore. I am lucky my progress was so fast as it might be harder to stick with if I didn't see the results. But I am freaking determined! I've worked for this!

Great steps everyone - well done!

Joined MFP in May 2012 and started tracking food and macros
Have since lost 93 pounds and don't know how many inches
Have had to replace most of my wardrobe (down 3 sizes and I'm not done yet)
Joined a gym; lift heavy 2/3 x/week and water classes 3/5 x/week (this is first regular exercise EVER!)
Discovered I'm celiac and went gluten-free in Sept 2012
Found a wonderful therapist and adjusted depression meds
Beginning to discover the real me - and feeling I am worth every second of this effort
Today I did my first pullups. Assisted, but I did a total of 10 :)

    2013 will bring
    more weight loss
increased lifting, both weights and lifts to improve strength and body composition
    add yoga to the mix
continuing down my personal discovery as the weight comes off and the old stuff surfaces

We can do this - NSVs, back pats and kicks in the backside for each of us to do our best!!!

    3. Lost 50+ pounds, with 20-25 to go in 2013.
    4. Unlike others in this post, I didn't join a gym, but made use of my membership.
    5. Increased fruit and water consumption, while reducing sugar, looking to increase vegetables consumption and further reduce fast food in 2013.

    Simple...I maintained weight.
I have the holiday bloat, and that does not count...
After reaching my goals, I feared gaining the fat back and fought hard to keep that from happening.
This winter cycle, I plan on losing more inches once the bloat is gone.
It took me 2 years to lose all that weight; I never want to be that guy ever again.
