I love to spread a square of the light version of the plain on a whole wheat and whole grain flat hamburger bun with an egg and turkey bacon. Yummy as a lighter lunch with a good amount of protein.

Spread on green apple slices with black pepper

This sounds completely odd to me but at the same time intriguing because I can't imagine the taste. I might give it a try if I remember this post tomorrow.

It's really good, adding honey to it makes it even better too!

1 triangle split across 2 rice cakes (although I discovered the other day that it's even better on corn thins!) with a slice of shaved ham or turkey on top and maybe a bit of lettuce if I can be bothered!

It's actually pretty good! I added honey to it as you suggested. I found that a little bit of black pepper goes a long way. My only disappointment is I can't get Granny Smith green apples here.

I like to use it anywhere I'd normally use cheese for melting, so for example...

On a cheese melt sandwich, with ravioli/pasta, on top of meat balls, on a homemade pizza instead of cheese, used it to make mac and cheese the other day, with chilli and in soups.

Not overly keen on the stuff just spread on crackers myself.

I eat it with apple slices...not ON the slices, just with. I avoid crackers now because of the carbs, but fruit and cheese are always perfect together. :)
