I always have to have in my fridge/pantry:

    -eggs
    -cottage cheese
    -fruit
    -frozen veggies
    -carb smart wraps
    -lettuce
    -laughing cow lite cheese
    -different lite salad dressings
    -chicken breast
    -turkey bacon/sausage
    -natural peanut butter
    -fiber one peanut butter bars
    -peppers and onions

    * for seasoning chicken breast and fish i always use mrs. dash (all of them are delicious but my favorite is the garlic and herb ) or just simple olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder ..also dry seasonings are good ( french onion soup mix on chicken and potatoes are delish or italian seasoning (you can find it by the salad dressings) they are a little higher in sodium but if you are just starting out it's a good start  good luck !

NUTS, anything natural and unsalted; My favorites are almonds, walnuts, pistachio's, brazil nuts! But I have never met a nut that I didn't like! :) Hummus, laughing cow cheese, Greek Yogurt, Almond Milk, Protein powder, Eggs, natural peanut butter or almond butter, organic steel cut oatmeal with fresh fruit real butter and nuts of your choice! YUMMY! Beans, butternut squash for squash fries.. So good! Hit me up if you want the recipe! Of course you need some of your good fats other than nuts.. avacado, coconut oil, olive oil, salmon! You should have some of these everyday! One thing I had to learn is not to be afraid of the good fats!

I don't like honey or licorice but, chocolate syrup goes pretty good in milk.. Chocolate syrup is in my icebox though!
