So sorry everyone!! I don't know why I didn't catch that myself!!
I heard about this site on MFP, so far every recipe I've tried has been amazing and most everything on the site is lower calorie.

I make this brownie from time to time. You can have even less calories by eliminating the sugar and using Stevia or whatever artificial sweetener you have. And you can also reduce the oil by half and use some egg whites instead and a little extra water instead. Give it a try and see what you think.0

Evil-Microwave brownie in a cup
Submitted by: DACHSMITH
Introduction
Molten brownie made in a coffee mug.
Sometimes you just need a treat, but oh so evil... (571 cal)
Minutes to Prepare: 3
Minutes to Cook: 1
Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
2 T Vegetable oil
2 T Water
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
dash salt
2T Unsweetened cocoa powder
4T Granulated sugar
4T Flour
Directions
In a 12 oz coffee mug, add water, oil and vanilla. Whisk well.
Add cocoa powder, whisk well.
Add sugar, whisk well.
Add flour, whisk well.
Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Center should be slightly molten.
Enjoy with a spoon. Careful brownie will be hot.
With a 1500-watt microwave 60 seconds makes a molten center brownie.
75 seconds make a uniformly done brownie.

it can't be 101 calories - 2 tablespoons of oil is 240 calories.0

I'm so going to try this. I freaking love brownies!
Thanks for clarifying the calories. I'll try the applesauce instead of oil.0 -
this could probably be made for that few cals by substituting pb2 for flour, applesauce for the oil, and stevia for sugar. a few baking tweaks I've learned from dashing dish : ) I'll enter it into the calc and check0

110 cals (105 w/o coffee) the way I described- Here's my version
2 (tbs) applesauce ( I use santa cruz organic) 15 cals
2 water (tbs) (0 cals)
1 drop vanilla extract (1 cal)
1 dash salt (0 cals)
1 pinch instant coffee (powder optional) (5 cals)
1(tbs) stevia or 2 packets(0 cals)
2 unsweetened cocoa powder (tbs)( I use saco)( 40 cals)
2 (tbs) peanut flour ( I use chocolate pb2) (45 cals)
1 In a 12 oz coffee mug, mix water, oil, salt, vanilla and coffee, if using. Whisk well.
2 Add cocoa powder, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.
3 Microwave for 60-75 seconds: 60 seconds for a molten bottom, 75 for uniformly done. I normally choose 60.
4 Enjoy with a spoon and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Careful, brownie will be hot.
I skip the ice cream, obviously, and didn't add coffee to mine (though that sounds delicious) Turned out really well!

I just looked it all up, and this particular recipe, as I read it, is almost 600 calories.
If it is supposed to be tsp(teaspoon), and NOT tbs(tablespoon), then yes, it is possible it might be fewer calories. But as it is written, it is just as bad for you as regular mug brownies.
Sorry to burst everyone's bubble I was excited for this recipe.0 -

Those are not 101 calories, 1tb of vegetable oil is like 120 calories alone0

Bump. Sounds great0
