So, I don't think I've posted here before, but have been strictly logging all my food and exercise since 23/07/12 and it's working!

Starting weight: 95kg (209lb)
Starting body fat: 33%
Current weight: 70.7kg (156lb)
Current body fat: 18.7%
Goal Weight: 65 - 70kg (143-154lb)
Height: 173cm (5' 8")

I started the Couch to 5k running course after losing a bit of weight and that has really helped me tone up and lets me eat a bit more as the suggested calorie target drops.

I think I should be at my target weight in a couple of weeks and I will increase the amount of (healthy) food I am eating to maintain the weight.
