You said it - the number on the scale is not as important as the NSV results. You look absolutely amazing and so happy, congratulations!!!

the equivalent of waking up in the morning with your head pounding and wondering who you let inside you the night before. Reeeeally wish you'd kept a bit more control over things.

This is fantastic! So glad we're friends!!!

I'm ready to go balls to the wall this year :)

AMAZING!!! You must lift weights because even though you look great in both pics it definitely looks like lost alot more than just 8lbs. Fantastic job! :drinker:  :flowerforyou:

Thank you all so, so much. The confidence comments really mean a lot; I see it as a nice photo but it's so heartening to see that the confidence is actually showing. Never thought I'd get there.

And hi curvimami! Yup, God bless the weights section. Reaching the parts that my zumba classes couldn't quite reach :)

    Wow...beautiful..you look great!!
  • Wow, you are much more toned and very radiant. I see a big difference in your overall shape and face. See, this is exactly why women shouldn't get obsessed over the scale. 7 scale pounds doesn't add up to a lot but it obviously you've worked hard and are much more toned and in better health. LOVE the dress by the way!!! Good for you!!!

  • It really is amazing. 7 pounds and such a big difference! Is it strength training? You look beautiful. And your before and after pics on the other post are very encouraging.

Hi there! I've always been a cardio bunny - which helped zap the majority of my 83lb of flab - but strength training has made the world of difference to my shape, especially over the past six months or so.
