Question here: Do you do the salad exactly as described or do you put the salad described on top of greens?

I don't know what they intended, but I've done both. The cucumber salad with the mustard dressing was too strong by itself, but was tasty tossed in with some mixed baby greens. So, I think it just depends on you.
