    Thank you ladies you guys will Love it! Ive been doing it for 3 days now and I cant wait to see my progress just so you know the star jumps really kick your butt but it will be nice to see how far we come in a month :)

    Ok everyone today is the start date after you have done your workout log in mfp let me know how you did thanks guys. I will start with mine, I did my January Challande day 3 after my Insanity workout and I have to say it was not bad today now tomorrow im worried about the 60 star jumps
  • The squats had me out of breath, as I don't work out my legs nearly as much as I should. I do planks and pushups every day, so the pushups were easy. Crunches were probably the hardest for me, but I've done it :D

    I can't wait to feel sore. Feeling sore after working out is the best!

    The best thing I can say to you all is if you have a Printer Copy and Paste to word and Print and Tape this where it will remind you daily of your challange. I have faith in all of you. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

  • Did mine, and it felt good. I'm adding this to my workouts. I'm currently doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, so your challenge is now my evening workout, Thank you!! I ended up doing 3 sets of each, I've got to get into shape!!!!

    Just started today! did all the things for today but a bit more cause i ate alot today. I think the push-ups are the hardest for me!
