Did mine, and it felt good. I'm adding this to my workouts. I'm currently doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, so your challenge is now my evening workout, Thank you!! I ended up doing 3 sets of each, I've got to get into shape!!!!0

Did the push-ups and crunches. Today was my P90X legs and back, so didn't do the squats since my work out was lunges, wall squats, chairs, etc...0

In all I love it. There are days I hate it. Like Plyo...I hate Plyo. But mainly because I suck at jumping right now. But tomorrow is Kempo...or kickboxing. And I love that dvd.0 -
