    Did mine, and it felt good. I'm adding this to my workouts. I'm currently doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, so your challenge is now my evening workout, Thank you!! I ended up doing 3 sets of each, I've got to get into shape!!!!
    Nice I use to do Jillian now I do Insanity January challange is usually my morning workout and Insanity is my evening workout but today I did them both this morning

    Just completed the challenge. I am scared of the star jumps in the future. :sad:
    You will get better with time I promise eventually we have to do 100 of them. But DON"T let that scare you! You got this!!!:happy:

    Just started today! did all the things for today but a bit more cause i ate alot today. I think the push-ups are the hardest for me!
    Yeah that is for me too I still do the Girl push-ups Im working my way to the normal ones im hoping by the end of this month or few weeks I will have it

    Did the push-ups and crunches. Today was my P90X legs and back, so didn't do the squats since my work out was lunges, wall squats, chairs, etc...

    In all I love it. There are days I hate it. Like Plyo...I hate Plyo. But mainly because I suck at jumping right now. But tomorrow is Kempo...or kickboxing. And I love that dvd.

    I also did six reps of 10. Seemed to help.
