Trying not to snack at night

Like others said, save calories to snack on at night. It doesn't matter when you eat calories. As long as you eat at a deficit, you'll lose weight. Going to bed hungry isn't going to help your morale. Losing weight doesn't have to be miserable.0

The days of the week that I work are different all the time, every week they are different, but at least it's always day shift. When you think about fitting in a work out, remember to be proud of that 10 minute walk or dance or exercise that you do and then fit in 10 minutes at night. I started thinking that way several years ago and decided not to be mad at myself if I could only get in 10 mins because it mean that I did allocate time each day. What wound up happening is, I rarely actually only exercised 10 mins! But either way, you are closer to your goal and it all adds up. Try commiting to 10 mins a day and see what happens... 10 will become 30!0
