    This is me at my sister's graduation. At my heaviest of 320 pounds and smoking over a pack a day.

    Wow! You have inspired me. Although I have just started with only 1.5 pounds lost under my belt my first goal is to get under 200 pounds.... which is a long road for me. Did you accomplish your total weight loss by looking at small goals of 25 lbs. or so, or did you always have your eye on the big picture with your total weight loss in mind?

    Way to go! Your inspiring story and photos will help me along the road.
