Im having a ruff time on MOE-tivation, its a New Year and a new start, but look @ WEd and Thur, if it wasnt' for my hubbies walk, i would have lumped those days off. The scale has not moved down since the 12th of Dec, and this is not doing a thing for my attitude, im ready to fling that there scale into the wall. I have been doing everything right, just not feeling the love from my scale.
I hope i get my groove back soon, i hear them horror stories about a plateau and im not ready for that.0 -
