Apps I use every day:
Fitbit
Withings (for the blood pressure cuff and wifi scale)
TactioHealth - nice overall snapshot of health on several metrics
Digifit
Lolo Beatburn Elliptical
Glucose Companion - for tracking my fasting blood sugar
iFitness Pro HD - lots of exercises and workouts
Fitocracy
Apps I do not use:
Withings Health Companion App - I do not regularly use this app because it does not permit you to manually enter workouts (the app is synced only with Runkeeper, Bodymedia and Zeo, so if you want to enter any data outside of those programs, you're out of luck!)0 -
Definitely try out BeatBurn Treadmill/Outdoor Trainer (It is usually $3.99 but I just got it on sale for $0.99 in Canada - excellent price!)
I've tried several different work out apps but I have to say I've fallen in love with this one! The app matches music to your workout - whether you want to run, walk or jog. It's excellent!
I run often, and usually dread going on the treadmill, but I actually really enjoyed it with this app! Its crazy the difference that music with a beat that matches your movement can make. Time flies by using this, and I found it really motivating. Highly recommend!0 -
