Hi, I find it difficult to eat above my BMR and even 1,200 calories without eating junk. Does anyone have any tips or foods that are higher in calories but are healthy?

avocados, nuts, nut butters, steak, full fat mayo and salad dressings, etc...0

Simple whole foods that don't fall under the category of junk are:
quiona
nuts including but not limited to walnuts, almonds, pecans, cashews
lean meats including but not limited to steak, chicken, and fish
greek yogurt
bananas (about 100 calories for one)
protein shakes or smoothies
Really it depends on whether or not you have any dietary restrictions but all of the above would easily help you reach your 1200 calorie MININUM.0
