You don't have to buy organic. I've tried a lot of the meals and many of them are delicious. If you can't find it or don't want to buy it organic just buy the regular stuff. The nutrition difference between the two is basically nothing. I would tend toward low-sodium when possible.0

So do I have to log EVERY ingredient to put it in MFP log. That's a pain in the butt. Or any other options or ways
Most of the meals are already logged in the system. Just do a search usually with her name and the name of the meal.0 -
Thanks so much!! Bump for later! xx0

Hey I have a jullian food plan I think it was 5-7 in 2 weeks it may be from the biggest loser show. It's hard & boring but I think I can do it for two weeks.
Breakast same everyday scrambled egg whites (6) w/ green veggies no butter or oil.
lunch 5 oz tuna, swordfish, turkey, chicken or salmon w salad all greens rice or balsamic vinegar 1 tsp oil
Dinner same except 6 oz of protein, unlimited steamed green veggies 1tsp oil & rice or balsamic
Snack is celery w/2 tbsp natural peanut butter or 10 raw almonds unsalted.
I'm starting tomorrow w/interval walking
I'll let u know my daily progress wish me luck! & good luck to all of you.0 -

I downloaded this but I noticed that most of this stuff is "organic" and that's usually somewhat expensive.
organic and non-organic produce has more-or-less the same nutrition. Go for the "regular" versions of all the organic stuff. Don't let price be a barrier to getting healthy!0 -

It is as limited or varied as you make it. You can eat the same breakfast all month lonh. No excuses. She gives options. I'm going to start in the morning. I just ordered the DVD. Anyone want to do it with me?0

The recipes look fantastic! This is something I may want to try. I am doing homepathic hcg drops...(dont yell at me) I did this for my wedding and had success losing 20lbs. but I am finding it really hard to stick to this time. From my reception until this Monday I went on an eating binge and gained 15 of it back. But I am ready to do this now. I have lost 4 lbs since last Monday. But I don't know...my mind just is not wanting to do hcg again. I tried weight watchers...didnt do terrible with that. I think I am looking for quick results and thats why I went back to hcg.0
