I quarter them & freeze them. In my Magic Bullet I add:
1/2 banana
6oz container Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or peaches)
2 Tbsp. skim milk
blend for breakfast shake. Could add protein powder too.0 -

I peel them and warp them in saran wrap. Place them in the freezer, and if you wish, have one a few hours later. The texture is like frozen yogurt! Goes great with peanut butter. If you have a bunch, make sure you let it defrost a bit for 30 minutes or so before eating it.
Another idea I read is to coat the banana in orange juice and place it in a freezer bag. Put it in the freezer and it will come out like a banana-orange creamsicle (popsicle).0 -
