5 Sets of 60-Second PLANKS

The Plank is great for building strong abdominal muscles! If this is your first time, start off by holding your plank for 10 seconds. If you can continue holding your plank with good form, stay up the whole minute or as long as you can while maintaining good form.

Thinking the same thing....
Accepted: Boot camp tonight, will do three rounds of 20 different things for one minute and there's a there's a plank in there-so 3 tonight. Gotta fit two more in somewhere.0 -

wow that was hard, im so unfit it rediculous
managed to do 5 lots of 10 secs0 -
I'm in.. CWRUgiraffe, you can make planks harder by going up on your hands (straight arms), or if already doing that, life up one leg and switch legs every 30 seconds. You can also do side planks (very tricky until you get a strong core).0
