I'm having leftovers today. Baked 4oz chicken breast, wrapped in a slice of bacon and sprinkled to Cajun seasoning. 1.5 cups broccoli florets on the side.0

Today I'm having my go-to lunch when there are no leftovers. Raw spinach, lowfat cottage cheese, chopped raw tomatoes, black pepper and chia seeds.0

I had a 6" turkey and ham sub, no cheese or dressing and all the salad yum0

Either a can of chicken noodle soup with oyster crackers or a ground turkey patty with cheese.... Decisions, decisions.0

I made a salad. Lettuce, chopped bell peppers, sliced strawberries, grilled chicken, one chopped hardboiled egg, and some nuts tossed with strawberry balsamic dressing. Can't wait to eat it.0

leftover broiled trout from last night, lots of fresh veggies, hummus to dip the veggies in. And a big *kitten* pot of green tea, because it tastes good and it's freaking cold today.0

Big handfull of spinache
Red Pear for later this afternoon and if I don't hit the grape sweet tomatoes soon I will eat them on way home so I am not starving when I get there:happy:0 -

My home made roasted butternut squash and celeriac soup, with feta cheese crumbled on top. So filling I could barely move after - but only 297 calories!! Bye bye Christmas weight!!!

Chicken Noodle Veggie Soup. Our "bonus meal" this week. No actual chicken in it though. I made it with chicken stock from our chicken this weekend. It has potatoes, corn, peas, carrots, onion, celery, and gluten free noodles. 103 cals per cup! Oh, and it has a little cayenne pepper, rosemary, and parsley in it.0

I ate just over 3 oz of chicken breast, 40g of wholegrain rice, half a green pepper and a handful of garden peas with a tablespoon of Frank's hot sauce with seasonings and now I can't move lol, but I love increasing my carbs0

6 oz baked lemon chicken breast, 2 cups steamed broccoli and cauliflower, and I know it's ridiculously high in sodium but I had a craving for it: half a cup of Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes.0

i cooked dinner last night and set some stuff aside:
4oz of chucnk chicken from a can
1 c of green giant broccoli and 3 cheese sauce (45cals!!!)
and like half of a 1/4 c of shredded cheddar.
and a yogurt

Today I had a veggie wrap on a spinach herb flatout wrap. It had lettuce, red onions, green bell pepper, jalepeno cilantro hummus, and salsa. I aslo dipped half a thick slice of Panera tomato basil bread in hummus. It was great.0

Leftovers from dinner last night:
1 c. spaghetti squash with 1/2C Chuck & Dave's mild salsa and 2 T. Walden Farms Tomato Basil Sauce and 3 oz. baked chicken breast. YUMMO!0 -
Cup of homemade chili (with tons of veggies and lean beef), roasted veggie mix, and a small apple. Possibly going to add some almonds since that calorie count is pretty low.0
