    Avocado Turkey wrap on whole wheat tortilla... .
    1 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
    1/4 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
    4 thin slices tomato
    2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper
    1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
    2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
    1/2 medium ripe avocado, peeled and thinly sliced

    It's Delish and 1 of My Favorite Wraps ;) Num... Num..

    Throw some alfalfa sprouts on there - adds some awesome crunch for almost no calories. Just a suggestion. I love them.

    Homemade Split pea soup with ham, 1 cup. Delish!
  • Clam chowder (the healthy variety is only 240 calories per can), 10 saltine crackers, and one Torrone (Italian almond nougat candy) left over from the holidays. :smile:

    Sandwich with 7 grain bread, light mayo and cucumbers, celery with homemade creamy dill dip and mango-passionfruit green tea
  • A bowl of Chicken Florentine Soup and a salad with the following:

    Radishes, Fat Free Honey Dijon Dressing, Spinach, Dried Cranberries, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Shredded Carrots, Fresh Red, Orange, and Green Peppers, Cucumber Slices, Cherry Tomatoes, and Grilled Chicken - it's AMAZING!
  • Small can of Campbell's vegetable soup and 7 whole wheat soda crackers :)

    Tomato and Avocado sandwiches, with melted cheddar and a side of cottage cheese :)

    I mash half an avocado, mix in a little salt and spread it on toast, slice up some roma tomato and melt some shredded cheese. Voila!

    A salad with grilled chicken, baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, croutons & olives With doused with Red Wine Vinegar.
    (2 tbsp = 4 calories for dressing, can't beat it!)

    Then a cup of blueberries, blackberries & strawberries mixed together.

    Very filling! :happy:
