I mash half an avocado, mix in a little salt and spread it on toast, slice up some roma tomato and melt some shredded cheese. Voila!0 -

A salad with grilled chicken, baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, croutons & olives With doused with Red Wine Vinegar.
(2 tbsp = 4 calories for dressing, can't beat it!)
Then a cup of blueberries, blackberries & strawberries mixed together.

Spaghetti squash and baby spinach sauteed in garlic and olive oil, a crumbled up turkey burger patty (what husband and boys ate lastnight for dinner) and parmesan romano cheese sprinkled on top!0
