I love planks! I used to do them for two minute holds over a year ago. I was able to do 5 sets for 30 seconds each. Not bad after giving birth three months ago!0

Done, did them by doing 20 seconds up and a few seconds down then 20 seconds up and a few seconds down and then 20 seconds up again. Did that for 5 sets with a great friend and motivator!0

I failed to complete the challenge as written but did 2 minutes of planks over 10 minutes in my workout... Does that count?0

I'm in. It's going to be hard. Planks hurt.
For everyone doing plank on your elbows, here is a Plank tip for everyone out there, place your hands flat on the floor infront of you, if you interlock your hands on clench your fists it takes the tension out of your abs and into your arms, so try and relax your upper body and take nice deep breaths.
Good luck all!! x0 -

That counts! I started out just holding the plank for 10 seconds. It took a few weeks before I was able to work up to a minute. Good work!0 -
Finished last night. Took several 20 second planks to get to 5 minutes!0
-
Completed! Plus 30 minutes of yoga.0
-
I can do 4 at 45 seconds.
But since I coudl't do them at all a month ago..
I'm bragging!
LOL0 -
Feeling the BURN, but it feels so good! DONE!0

I failed. :-( After all my other workouts I was only able to handle 2 minutes of planks and that was broken down into 20 second ones. BUT I did improve soooo that's gotta count for something! LOL0

Five 30 second planks were done, just didn't get back to the computer last night.0
-
Also did 5 30 second planks, never made it back to the PC either!0
