    I have had these pictures before and cant wait to do it again! This is very motivating seeing all your before and after pictures. I went from 250 to 150 in 2007 and then had my son in 2008 and let it go :( Well this time I will never let it come back!

    my photo keeps coming out big grrr

    use photobucket for your picture..get the image code then you have to change beginning and end codes from caps to lower case so fro IMG to img and you should be able to post ur pic

    Excuse the terrible hair in both pics. For the second one I'll use the excuse that it was mostly in a hat and it was on a very windy hike.

    For some reason the computer at work doesn't show the pics, so I must remind myself to check this out when I get home. I can tell by all the wonderful responses that looking at these pictures are very motivating. I just took my before pics yesterday and I decided to make them the back ground on my phone so I could remind myself of how I REALLY look, not what I think I look like! I'm hoping this will work and then one day I would love to show some before and after pics. I think you have to do this if you want to be accountable to yourself and it's a great motivationg tool when the scale isn't moving.
