Too much protein?

Is there such a thing? I've only tracked for about a week, but it seems I'm going over more often than not.

    MPF sets its protein goal too low, don't worry about going over.
    Ideally you want to have 1g of protein per 0.5kg of lean body mass.

    I have to agree with Lucas. Especially if you are doing any weight bearing exercises you want the extra protein.
