Quick question :)

Hi peeps. So for the first time in ages I'm over my calories and before dinner. Do I skip dinner ?

    How long has it been since you've gone over? You can skip it if you want, or just eat if want. Perhaps tomorrow you can cut back a bit?

    If you are hungry then have something to eat. If you go over by 200 or 300 cals, it will be fine. You can be a little under calorie goal for a couple of days to compensate. Or you can do some extra activity tomorrow. Have a big bunch of veggies and a source of protein.

    You're hundreds of calories under on most days, assuming your logging is accurate. Eat supper.

    :flowerforyou: when i began mfp it was hard to balance out the calories for the full day. so, i began writing down what went in my mouth & calories in order to stretch out them for the full day. i then became aware automaticly what amt i should eat for each meal that would satisfy my hunger without going over. it took a few weeks to get it down but it worked for me.

    Ha ha ha love it !!!. Thanks everyone I'm still getting the hang of this calorie counting so wasn't quite sure what to do.
