I weigh and measure on the 5th of every month. I am so close to my goal so more often would just be frustrating.0

Sunday first thing - because that's the day I started MFP.0

It is going to be Sundays. Every 2 weeks, Tomorrow will be my first weigh in ( Sunday last day of the week,so I can see how I did for the "week" every 2 weeks from my personal experience. One week for me isn't enough, because if I haven't lost as much I thought I would I get discouraged. ( Thats just the way my head works) :ohwell:0

Every couple of days...pretty random really...0

I weigh myself everyday. I take the average every three days or so and enter it to account for the random ups and downs.0

I used to weigh in every two weeks on payday which always made me feel especially happy if there was a loss. Now I only weigh in on the last day of the month so I don't get caught up on the weight. If feels much better to see all the NSV's then it was to worry about the number on the scale going down or not.0

Monday mornings so I stay on track over the weekend.0

Friday. Saturday is my 'cheat' day, so I can undo the 'damage' before my next official weigh-in.0
-
Tuesday morning. <actually I take note almost every day; it's just official on Tuesday>
Why? Food wise, my M-F are much more structured, while my weekends are not. My hardest workouts are on Thursdays, and the weekends. Monday is generally my easiest, or a rest day. I have a tendency to have greater flucuations when I'm working hard, or have more irregular eating habits. Monday is like a break for my body to find balance. Tuesday morning "almost" always shows my lowest number of the week.0 -
Wednesday mornings, every two weeks. Right after I go to the bathroom, and get naked. I do every two weeks as I don't think every week gives me accurate information, plus I will get obsessed if I weigh too often.
I weigh every two weeks and if I don't like what I see, I go over my diaries and the exercises and calories and see where I could have gone wrong.0 -
Every day is weigh day for me! I have a number of reasons for that, but one is that I don't feel discouraged if my weight is the same or even up, because I don't expect to see progress every day. If I weighed weekly, I'd be disappointed every time the scale hadn't gone down.0

I weigh in on Wednesday..........Either up or down, it gives me focus before the weekend0

Mine is Wednesday mornings and Sunday mornings. Wednesday make me accountable all week so I don’t sleep and Sunday sets the tone for the week.0

Friday. I do so well during the week and usually slip a bit on the weekends. I am not as strict with myself, I like to eat out with the boyfriend and have some drinks.
I weigh myself every single day usually, though. Just to keep tabs on myself.0 -
I also weigh myself on friday to help motivate me on the weekend!!!0

Monday mornings, keeps me motivated to stay on track over the weekend0

Sunday. We don't have a bathroom scale, only a Wii Fit board, so I have to use that. The Wii Fit and TV are in the lounge, which is where my Dad sleeps (he suffers from a disability which prevents him from sleeping in the same bed as my Mum, and there's no room for another bed upstairs). I get up at 5:30am from Monday - Friday as I have college, and Dad doesn't like to wake up until 9am, so I can't weigh in on those days, and Mum likes to weigh at the same time as me and she works on Saturday mornings, so the only day I have left is Sunday.0

I like Wednesday. That way, I have recovered from the weekend...if necessary.0

This is me too. My slip on the weekend is usually Saturday though, with beer...
ETA: Officially use Friday's weight only though...0 -
Friday AM...I don't worry about gaining fat over the weekend or anything, but I do tend to eat more sodium on the weekend because we're out and about and just grab something...once I'm back to work on Monday I pretty much have a good week of relatively low sodium and good eating. I can easily weight 2...3...and as much as 5 Lbs more on a Monday morning than I did on the previous Friday morning. I know that it's sodium/water retention because even if I go over on my goal during the weekend, I'm still at a deficit...so I know it's not fat.0
