hey guys, weather is terrible in London today so decided to do abit of cleaning. I'm now about to do the 30 day shred and 6 week 6 packs.
Just wondering what everyone elses training has consisted of today.

Today is kinda an off day for me, so I'm working on body parts that don't get much attention in my normal routine, so I'm doing abs, calves, and forarms today.0

I did "The Biggest Loser" thing on my Kinect. It's stupid and kind of rubbish but it gets me moving for half an hour. I'll probably play one of the dance games later for half an hour to an hour for fun.0

A lower body workout while avoiding knee flex. Good luck with that, eh?0

Also in London today - cold outside! I went to the hotel gym and did 28 minutes of elliptical and 20 minutes on the treadmill.0

I'm in Croydon (sort of London). 24 mile bike ride (mixture of off road and on road) which burned around 2000 calories.0

Spent an hour on my legs. 43 Sets later... I can just about walk.
Oh, I done some Ab work and lower back stretching.0 -
Started the day with a 90 minute Bikram Yoga class!0

Today I am training my body for running errands....
I have driving to do almost every day next week.. Ya, I know.. cry me a river... But I have chronic Migraines and have found that resting up before a busy week keep,the chronic pain at bay a little better
So I will exercise my knitting and reading muscles today.0 -
In Icelands here and i went to the gym and did 60 min cardio and some weight lifting0

Chalean Extreme and possible a Body Revolution Cadio dvd. That's assuming I actually get out of bed, lol!0

I did 40 minutes of cardio (elliptical & walking on the treadmill) and about 35 minutes of lifting (it was a leg day!) all for about 700 calories. Tomorrow is my day of rest and I'll be back at it on Monday for another 6 days0

Taught a 1 hr Zumba class with my fabulous ladies!!! Doesn't even feel like exercise...soo much fun!!!0

1 hour of boot camp with weights and cardio, burned 605 calories. Love that class!0

Light yard work and gardening. Taking it easy today. I did ten miles in one hour on my bike day before yesterday, and 12.5 yesterday, along with arms with weights. I am stiff in my arms and my legs need the break.0

Spent 40 minutes right after I woke up this morning running for my life using the Zombies, Run! app... Great fun!0

Did Ripped in 30 levels 1 & 2, in London too and it's soooo cold out there, so staying in!! Emptying the bins was enough fresh air for me today......0

Kettle bell core workout! My dad suggested it. He bought the KBs and dvds last year. Lovehandles hurt.0

I sprinted on the treadmill early this morning. It went a little something like this.
Warm up 5 minutes @ 6.5mph
9 mph for 5 minutes with intervals of 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off
10 mph for 2 minutes with intervals of 15 seconds on and 15 seconds off
10 mph for 3 minutes with intervals of 15 seconds on and 30 seconds off
11 mph for 5 minutes with intervals of 10 seconds on and 20 seconds off
12 mph for 5 minutes with intervals of 10 seconds on and 20 seconds off
Cool down for 4 minutes @ 6.5mph
I have to do this on the weekends either early in the morning or later or I get too many funny looks from the other people in the cardio area at the gym My fiance got me started on doing a sprint interval workout and so far I am loving it!!0 -
Today is a rest day for me, but I might do some yoga later to stretch out all the muscles I worked this week.0
