    This morning I did a 10 min warmup on the elliptical , followed by ChaLean Extreme push circuit 2.

    Walk/jog with the dog for 45 min. Ace is a border collie so he was just trotting mostly. I'm sure he looks at me and thinks "Pft this is nothing. Lets go more." I tried a couple short sprints and got him cantering though. :) Getting back into the swing of things and I think he appreciates getting out.

    Taught a belly dance class and now going for a lovely little walk. It's just gorgeous here today, and I suspect it's fleeting so I'm taking advantage of the sunshine :)

    my studio had their grand opening today and the spin class killed it. i burned over 900 calories, which is a record for me, i think.

    then i hit an hour vinyasa flow class.

    now i drink.

    It was 3F when I went to the gym this morning at 8am. I did 4 miles on the treadmill, though! :) It's supposed to be -6F tonight, so I am staying in bed as long as I can tomorrow morning. :)

    Riding my recumbent bike today. Fighting the remainder of a cold, so even though it's mild out (about 40-45 F) I'm avoiding exercising outside to prevent a coughing fit!

    Did my Couch to 5k program this morning. Sunday is when I ramp back up into high gear with my P90x routine.

    I did 30 minutes of my stair stepper machine. washed and folded clothes and carried them all upstairs n put them away. eating over at my mom's while we watch football later so depending on how high calories are may do excercise bike later also.

    hey guys, weather is terrible in London today so decided to do abit of cleaning. I'm now about to do the 30 day shred and 6 week 6 packs.

    Just wondering what everyone elses training has consisted of today.

    was -1 degree here in Leicestershire at 5.30am. perfect for running a half marathon training run.

    Today is technically a rest day for me, as I'll be running 10 miles tomorrow; however I went for a brisk walk (only 50 minutes); I will later do some stretching.

    Oh and not to gloat (b/c this is not normal weather, that I'm aware of): it was sunny and 70s today and is supposed to be the same tomorrow!

    30 mins of strength training went and bought the Jess Ennis dumbbells they are great. Getting rid of flabby arms and tightening core.
