    Light yard work and gardening. Taking it easy today. I did ten miles in one hour on my bike day before yesterday, and 12.5 yesterday, along with arms with weights. I am stiff in my arms and my legs need the break.

    Did Ripped in 30 levels 1 & 2, in London too and it's soooo cold out there, so staying in!! Emptying the bins was enough fresh air for me today......

    I sprinted on the treadmill early this morning. It went a little something like this.

    Warm up 5 minutes @ 6.5mph
    9 mph for 5 minutes with intervals of 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off
    10 mph for 2 minutes with intervals of 15 seconds on and 15 seconds off
    10 mph for 3 minutes with intervals of 15 seconds on and 30 seconds off
    11 mph for 5 minutes with intervals of 10 seconds on and 20 seconds off
    12 mph for 5 minutes with intervals of 10 seconds on and 20 seconds off
    Cool down for 4 minutes @ 6.5mph

    I have to do this on the weekends either early in the morning or later or I get too many funny looks from the other people in the cardio area at the gym :wink: My fiance got me started on doing a sprint interval workout and so far I am loving it!!

    Walk/jog with the dog for 45 min. Ace is a border collie so he was just trotting mostly. I'm sure he looks at me and thinks "Pft this is nothing. Lets go more." I tried a couple short sprints and got him cantering though. :) Getting back into the swing of things and I think he appreciates getting out.

    Taught a belly dance class and now going for a lovely little walk. It's just gorgeous here today, and I suspect it's fleeting so I'm taking advantage of the sunshine :)
