What day is your weigh day and why?

All day, every day. Because I was only able to let go of my obsession with the scale when I saw that my weight fluctuates in a whopping range of 15 lbs in a matter of a week, without any difference in how I physically look or how my clothes fit, and due to factors I can't control, such as severe constipation, or how dairy milk sometimes causes me an allergic reaction and other times no.0

I weigh in once a week on Sunday morning. Why? Because if I gained, I can go to church and pray for strength. :laugh:0
-
Officially, I weigh-in on Wednesdays.
I have cheat-day* on Saturday so, it gives me time to unbloat.
* Cheat-day for me isn't eating over my calories, I just eat whatever I want while staying within my calorie budget for the day.0 -
Fridays, overeating during the weekend is easy, so weighing myself on Friday helps me keep my goal in mind during the rest of the weekend.0

Wednesday morning. Makes me accountable all week long and allows me to be good at work, good at the weekend, but able to have enough time to recuperate, should I go off the rails. Weighing at the weekends is so depressing because in London, Friday and Saturday nights are your nights out really, so I know I'd just fluctuate massively.
this ^^0 -
I need to get me a weighing day as I weigh when I feel like it - sometimes months :laugh:0

Friday morn. As know at weekends I may have a little more than in the week!0
-
i really like this idea...i weighed in for the first time on Friday morning, so i think i will do what u r doing, every other Friday, that way i can see more of a progress..good luck and keep up the good work
It is going to be Sundays. Every 2 weeks, Tomorrow will be my first weigh in ( Sunday last day of the week,so I can see how I did for the "week" every 2 weeks from my personal experience. One week for me isn't enough, because if I haven't lost as much I thought I would I get discouraged. ( Thats just the way my head works) :ohwell:0 -
I weigh in straight after showering before dressing. Gives your body a chance to empty too!0
-
I weigh in mostly on Saturdays. I think it is the best day to do it for me no work or church or needing to rush off to somewhere.0
-
I weigh myself every friday morning. Take a shower to wash off any extra ounces...lol. Than its on the scale I go0
-
I get on the scale each morning but I only log on Sunday. It is the start of a new week so that is my day of choice0

Every. Single. Day.0

i picked wednesday morning because i do best during the week, and that is right in the middle!0
-
Sunday mornings as soon as I wake up. Sunday night is treat night so I weigh before I know there'd be a fluctuation and Monday is the start of a fresh week0
-
The 14th of every month in the morning. I started my journey on March 14th so I just weigh in on the 14th of every month!0

I am enrolled in a wellness program that meets on Mondays so my weigh day is on Monday--7pm at night how awful is that? Everybody knows it's better to weigh in the morning. I fast on Monday's because the first night I weighed in I was not eating that day so now I feel like I'll not have a true weight if I don't do the same.0
-

i hope I make it, I need to loose 7 kilos :-/

I weigh myself every morning But Monday morning anytime after 8am because it keep me on track over the weekend0
-
Friday morning right after my shower, because I've been good all week. It's the weekends that are a REAL challenge.0
-
I weigh myself daily because I am trying to track a little closer what my daily habits do for or against me.
That said, your body can fluctuate up to 2lb per day so weighing weekly or monthly is a better option for most people.0 -
Mondays, because:
A) It helps me not to suck all weekend, andBecause right now we're doing a competition at work, and that's our weigh-in day.
I'm totally stalled right now, but my pants still seem to be shrinking, and I'm doing taekwondo three times a week (at least) so I think I'm still losing fat, but gaining muscle....0 -
Friday.. it keeps me motivated over the weekend:drinker:
True Story & the fact I usually drink like a RockStar on Friday Nights :drinker:0 -
Monday mornings because I fast from 9 AM on Sundays to 9 AM on Mondays, so I figure that is when I am at my lowest weight.
I also take measurements and progress photos every two weeks on Sunday nights.0 -
Every other Sunday - My fit test for Insanity.0

My weigh in days are Sunday mornings. It gives me more motivation to work harder for the new week if I didn't do so well that week.0
-
Friday mornings --- like others said, helps keep me motivated during the week --- also to keep me focused heading into the weekend which also presents traps0

I weigh twice daily, because if I don't I will avoid the scale and misbehave. Daily weigh ins kind of show me the consequences of what I am doing. My consequences always seem to show up the next day for me. So if I am good I see it and I am happy, if not I don't do well I will see it. If I don't own up to it immediately (get on the scale daily) then I will let it go for longer. I weigh the night before and the morning after. It helps me gauge how much I actually weighed at the end of the day and how much I lose/dont lose the next morning. I dont worry about fluctuations during the day, and slight gains dont bother me too much either but big ones do and I accept them and do better.0
