    The snow melted here in Michigan so I went for a walk with my two golden retreivers and then picked up dog poop in our yard for an hour LOL!

    I spent the afternoon moving furniture, pulling out wall-to-wall carpeting in a room in my house, cleaning the floor and am about to move everything back in (except the carpeting!)

    22mins on treadmill at 8.5mph. Otherwise a lot of sitting about, unfortunately. You lot are sooo active! Not sure that 10pm is the best time for running but I couldn't procrastinate any longer.

    6 mile bike ride with my 8 yr old princess - proud of how strong she is getting and tearing up the little hills. 30 minutes football catch with oldest son. Now for my 70 min elliptical session. All told looking for 1800 exercise cals burned so I can eat a big ol dinner!

    this morning was my bicep day.....i did 3 sets per exercise for 20 resp/set
    1) alt dumbell curls
    2) bb curls
    3) preacher curls
    4) hammer curls

    tonight i'll do shoulders for the same sets/reps
    1) shoulder press
    2) rear laterals
    3) side laterals
    4) front raises
    5) shrugs
    6) 45 degree shrugs

    also did 30 min this morning on the spin bike and will do the same tonight.
