Wow - there are a lot of us out there Started at 350, but started on MFP at 323. Now I'm 231. Still have 60 to go or so.0

My highest on record (I have pictures where I believe i may have been bigger) was 362. I started MFP at 325 last April and am now 227. I am Hoping to get to 170.0

Yea I'm starting out at 331 which is just insane to me! I just don't want to fail at this I'm 5'4 and 24 years old and weigh this much?! How did this get so far? Hopefully this year will be different! Feel free to add me we all need as much encouragement as we can get!0

Started this healthy lifestyle at 296 Sept 2011. My max high was 309 ( makes me sick when I think of that number). Now 220 or 222 cant remember which as I'm yoyoing right now. You can be successful too as you can see by all the post you have gotten. Just take it one day at a time, one second if you have to.0

Yep I started a year ago at 312 lbs and now I'm 205. My goal is 180 I'm 5'9" so I think it will be realistic and a healthy weight for me to maintain.0

Not 300, but close enough. I started at 270, and now I am 190.
Ive been losing for years. Honestly...I went from 270 to 230 and stayed there for a while....then decided to get back to it. Now I am down to 190. My goal is 169, and then I will see from there.
It has taken years, I am not one of those done in one year success stories haha. But, as slow as it has been, I have kept it off, and that to me is most important.0 -
Started at 340 and now down to 308.2. . Lowest weight was 263.8 so, I hope to squash that number this year! Feel free to add me so we can support each other!0

I started out at 308lbs in August 2012 and I am currently 293.8. I have thyroid disease so the weight loss is extremely slow. Some days I wonder if it's ever going to happen for me. This thread gives me hope. I do Zumba 5-6 days a week. I would like to weigh 199lbs by the end of the year. I will be 30 early this year so I really want to make some life changes so I can start enjoying my life.0

Started at 395 on June 20th, 2011. Was down to 264 before Thanksgiving. Put on a few since. Back making strides now. Goal is 225.0
