Yes, I know I'm mental for excersising on Sundays, but I feel Thrusday works best for me.
This sort of program will get you mega-fit, depending on your age and weight, you will lose 2lb+ a week.
It's more about fitness now, personal goals.
I included my BMR to cals out.
And yes, I get my protein.
