What would you log this as?

I finally found the old tae bo I really like (from the late 90's) online. I can't figure out if I should log it as kickboxing, circuit training, or what? I'll post a link to the video if anyone wants to see what I am talking about. Thanks for any input!

Do you have a heart rate monitor that shows calories? you can log it as anything you want with proper calories.0
