    Amazing change, You should be really proud! We're the same height with the same SW and goal weight... it's very encouraging to see someone with the same stats look so *fit* rather than a stick! I too am a runner and am noticing the improvements when combined with the right diet... thanks for sharing!!

    Adsolutely fantastic!!! All your hard work definitely paid off!! We are the same height and my goal weight is also 140-145. I haven't been below 168 in about 5-6 years - it just seems so impossible. But you have definitely proved it can happen!! Thanks for sharing all the pics - truly inspiring!
