    You look absolutely amazing... You are very beautiful. But I know that I have been working on knowing that I am beautiful on the inside no matter what I look like on the outside. I am glad you are feeling good. I know that I just joined but over the past year since June of 2012 I have lost a bit over 100 lbs. I feel better than ever physically. It feels good to be able to go out in public and no be so self-conscious. Also it just feels great to have more energy. Way to go... You are such an inspiration!:wink:

    You look AMAZING!!!! Please feel free to send me any tips you have. I have tried many times and just seem to "quit" for no reason or if I have one bad day it is followed by another. Everyone else's well being seem to be more important than my own.

    You look really great and your story is incredibly inspiring.

    One thing that I struggle to understand (and please don't think I am speaking out of turn here, I am simply curious)...how did you get to a position of being size 24? I know that many people only take action to lose weight when they start to encounter health problems but for me, if the scales show that I'm 14 pounds heavier than I'm comfortable being, I tend to do something about it. I cannot understand why people allow themselves to pile on the pounds and compensate for it by wearing larger sizes rather than taking the action to lose the weight in the early stages of weight gain?

    Interested to hear your views on this.
