I am struggling on 1200 per day, and have decided to up to 1500 after weigh in tomorrow. When I did the calcs this should be where I am. Good luck to you all, great idea to start a thread to support each other.0

Yes you can just eat 1200 and lose weight, the point is that you do not need to. You can eat just 20% less than you TDEE and still lose weight.0 -
1200 calories is also my goal range. I just signed up today and have mapped out what I plan to eat for the rest of the day. I weigh 174 and my goal weight is 130 - I am only 5'2" and 54 years old. Right now I am wearing a size 12 and have a lot of wonderful clothes that fit a size 8 and size 10 body! So here we go.0

I agree with all you have said. I just posted a blog more or less the same thoughts. Eat to be healthy, not just a number. Thanks for the info!0

I'm 5'11" and I try not to go over 1200 calories per meal a day.
I try to stay under 1200 cals per meal as well.0 -
6 years later and I finally made it a point to reach my goal of 150lbs!!! Who’s still here working at it?! Have you changed your goals? Same ones? Hope to hear from some of you0
