I cheated :-(
I've stuck to a reasonably healthy diet for most of a year and have seen great results. I've not really paid too much attention to macros, but have tried to get 'healthy' food in, and always hit my calorie targets.
But just in the past few months I've gotten bored of the routine, so I've started looking into other diets. At first I was just doing 'research' but as time went on it turned into something more, to the point where I couldn't stop fantasizing about other diets.
On to the confession, I guess. For the last week I've been doing SouthBeach. I am so ashamed. 'All the beef and cheese I can eat' makes me feel dirty and gross, but it's so satisfying that I don't even care.
I feel like I won't be able to remain faithful to another diet ever again now that I've violated the sanctity of what I had going for me. What do you do when this happens????

I hear that since Sensa became popular that Raspberry Ketones is looking for a new husband....

We all get off track at different times. Other things crop up that divert our focus or attention, there are numerous reasons.
However, don't beat yourself up about it. Think about it this way, no one is perfect. It's unrealistic to think we will never have a relapse or get "off track" as I like to say.
The key is NOT to let it beat us but to get back up and start all over. Today is a new day, look forward instead of backward.
We are all human, we all back slide from time to time. Don't let it turn into something more than that.
YOU CAN AND WILL GET BACK ON TRACK!!0 -

Trying everything out there is completely natural and nothing to be ashamed of doing. Just be honest with your diet and explain that you aren't ready to settle into a commitment. Your diet will respect your honesty and maybe if the diet is free spirited and not the jealous type then they will find a way to share you with other diets while remaining true to you until you do get off your *kitten* and commit.

Not sure what the problem is. Are you gaining weight? Is your blood profile changing? Are you experiencing fatigue, pain, or other unusual symptoms? Do you smell meaty and cheesey all the time?0
