I am 5'3 and at my highest I weighed in at 195lb... Back in school I weighed in at 140lb and struggled to get below that. I'm hoping to reach my goal of 126lb by September this year.
I'm going to the gym with my husband 4 times a week at the moment working on running (which I adore!) and weights, which is pretty new to me.
Once we both get down to our goal weights, I think we will have another wedding photo shoot to celebrate! I wish I had tried harder before the big day last June!0 -
i'm 5' 2" and currently weigh 195. Right now my first goal is 175 and my second goal is 145 but my ultimate goal is to get to 125.
I want to get to 135 first and see if 125 is something i can see for my body, though.0 -

I am 5'2" tall and I currently weighed in today at 160.8. I have my goal weight as 110 (because that's what the reports say my "healthy" weight is for someone of my height and age....BUT...we'll see as time goes on!0

I was down to 135 before I had my last baby and felt great. That's my goal. I had a goal of 119 then, but didn't reach it even tho I looked and felt great, so this time I'm going to be happy instead of feeling like a failure at 1350 -

I am 5'1, started at 154 Lbs and am now 116 Lbs. Nothing magical eating wise, just cut down on fat and added more fruits and veggies. Exercise, most weeks, 7 days. I alternate with running and Jillian Michael's 6 week 6 pack. Occasionally I throw Turbo Jam or a different Ab video in the mix. In the summer I play tennis and sand volleyball. My husband and I eat healthier and do every workout together. The total weight loss took about 6 months.0

I'm 5'3" and currently 176.6 lbs. I'm 50, and I know that under 130 will look too thin for me. I was 115 at 22 and looked skeletal.
A healthy weight for a woman my age and height is 115 (100 lbs for 5 feet and 5 lbs for each inch over that) to 141. http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
My goals are more short term. This week it's getting under 175. Then it will be getting under 175 AT NIGHT!
Once I accomplish that, I will change my goal to under 170, and so on.

I have one square of high quality chocolate with almonds every afternoon (M-F) with my coffee. That seems to be doing it for me.
I also use a lot of fruit in my smoothies which keeps my sweet tooth at bay.
I can't have it in the house. I'm resorting to exercise every time I find myself reaching for something 'bad'. I figure I can splurge a little when I'm at goal weight but, until then, I have to be diligent.0 -

I'm 5'0" and 127 right now, started at 130. I'm trying to get down to 120 right now, then see how I feel there. Its been a few years since I was at 120 so I don't remember how it felt lol. I may want to lose a little more but I think I will mostly focus on toning up at that point, not the number on the scale. Good luck to everyone!0
