Hi I am 5'1 and around 180 ish heaviest I have ever been other than when I was preggo last time about 5 years ago!! I can't believe I am this big!!!! My goal is 130 is, I did a drastic low carb (expensive diet pill) about 3 years ago and saw that number but obviously gained it all back!! I just can't seem to stick with it! Wish me luck!0

Current weight is 147 as of 1/15/13
Personal goal weight is 140 right now and after I reach that goal would like to get to 130 and then maintain.0 -

I feel your pain. I'm only 4' 11" and I weighed 140 last year...I am currently 133 lbs. I've cut out sugars and try....try to work out every day. I signed up for three 5k's last year and did them. I've already signed up for three this year and one 10k. I need these goals to hold myself accountable and to give me motivation.0

5'3" and my original goal was 125lb.....i was 172lb.....reached 125lb and thought, what the heck, i will go for 120lb....got there and thought how about 115lb.....i'm 117lb right now.....so just 2lb to go....:)......0

I am 5'4" Currently 145 and my goal is 135 and then will decide from there if I can push on to 125.0

Auntie I wish you lots of luck! stick with it. Giving yourself little treats are good...chocolate is my little treat also. Drink lots of water and keep moving. I'm 4' 11" and last year I was 140; this year I'm currently at 133 lbs. Still working hard at it everyday!0

5'1" over here. I started at 160 lbs. I'm currently sitting at 107lbs. Technically, I set my MFP goal at 106 lbs. (the minimum healthy weight for my height), but I'll take whatever number comes with a muscular and fit physique! I'm in it to be healthy for the long run now.0

I am 5'1". Start weight was 260 (gulp). Current weight is 155. Goal weight is 125, atleast that is my best guess. We'll see as it gets closer. According to fat2fit radio military body fat calculator, I have a LBM of right at 100 lbs. so 125 would be about 20% body fat which sounds pretty stinking good to me. Goal size is a 6. First 100-ish took me one year. Hoping last 30 will come off by June. Onward!0

Hey all! I'm 4'11. My heaviest weight was 2 years ago (before i discovered mfp) when I was 230 (I still don't know how I got up that high). Current weight is 199.4 (goodbye 200's!). My goal weight is 110 (based on goal BMI, my bone mass, body structure, etc) and I would love to be into a size 4 (now I'm just into my size 16/18 clothing). Other goals are to be able to go to the beach or a water park and wear a bikini, and to eventually run some events like 5k's, 10k's, and work my way up to a half marathon.
It's gonna be a long hard journey but so worth it.0 -
