ok so sounds weird but is actually so good my friend made some the other day.
so u need:
-1 avocado
-1 banana
-1/2 c. cocoa powder
-1/2 c. agave
-1/4 c. coconut milk
BLEND all together in a food processor and chill in fridge. serve chilled with fruits (bananas, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries are good enjoy)

All my protein shakes and puddings have avocado, protein powder and coconut milk as the base. If I make a fruity cheesecake shake or pudding, I toss in the fruit and Jello sugar-free cheesecake mix into the blender and let chill for a bit in the freezer. My favorite is probably frozen blackberries and blueberries.0

ignore the rejects who have no life except ruining cool posts by going all grammar police on them. I thought you did it as a cute play on the words. lol people need to lighten up.
also I am totes going to try this and I love the idea of basing shakes with avocado protein and coconut milk since water makes it BLAND and I am lactose intolerant.

it looks just like chocolate pudding but the flavor is wow! u can definatly tell theres advocados in there and u can make it without the banana but its gives it more of a fluffy texture0 -

It tastes great frozen as well. I make this and eat half then freeze the other half. I don't use coconut milk though.0
