I don't want to live in a world where it's ever not OK to drink wine! Also once I went to a heart health seminar and the cardiology doctor talked about alcohol's effect on your heart and I may not have retained a ton of knowledge from it, but I'm going with he said to drink all the wine forever.

I will have a glass of wine, chardy or Cabernet Sauvignon or dry sherry. I like the dry sherry the best, Taylor's is inexpensive and pretty good tasting. My problem is resisting the second and third glasses. One glass is not bad in calories, I usually can handle the calories, it's when I do the second and third glass that things get out of hand. OMG, if I switch to rum and pineapple juice, everything really goes downhill. But, then some nights Beer is king, I can easily do a couple beers a night. Hopefully I pass out before I finish the second beer, that is the key to staying on the diet, fall asleep before you have consumed too much.

Some days, it's just Tuff Love, I resist the urge to have any alcohol. Those are tough days, but when I get on the scale and see real results, I am happy to have resisted the urge.

I'm having wine and going over! figure i'm still under TDEE, plus I logged a glass of wine yesterday (was under calories) and never drank it, so it'll even out!

Yesterdays wine becomes today's free wine and I though I was the only one that didn't finish the bottle of wine.

No...drink Scotch instead. Single malt of course!

Now THAT is what I can get behind - lol - except I partook a bit too much last night with dinner at the pub (Tullamore Dew) and then a Morrissey concert (Blackberry Vodka & Seltzer - oops! lol
