I'm 5'6"...the lowest I've ever been is 169 and I was wearing a size 10 and felt great. I'd like to get down to 155 eventually, which is a long way to go for me (about 40 pounds). I think I'd be a thin, healthy size 8 at that weight, with some great abs. :-) I apparently have a very big frame...I think I would look sickly at much less weight than that!0

I'm 5'5" and 150 lbs with athletic build. I'm aiming for 140 lbs as my first goal. 130 lbs sounds awesome. If I get there I'll have to see how my body looks and feels at that weight and then see.0

i'm 5'5 and my ultimate goal is about 160. i got to 155 about 10 years ago and was told i looked ill! but i am very broad shouldered so i think 160 would be ok. my initial goal though is 190.0

I'm a smidge over 5'5" and I'm shooting for 130-135, but I'm planning on having some rocking muscles, so once I drop body fat, I'm going to pay less attention to the scale and focus on what looks and feels right.0

Umm, I want to be solid muscles. Lol. I was bulimic for 4 years after high school and got down to 110 and looked scary. My husband made me go to treatment. Best thing he ever did for me!
So I am looking probably around 150. I am at 176 now, 26 more pounds to go!0 -
I have WAY too much muscle to weigh much less than 129. I'm 5'5.5". I'd rather be fit and muscular than wear a size 2 (my butt won't fit in something that small unless I lose muscle)0

I'm 5'6" and my UGW is 180. I'm currently at 235.6 and started at 266.4 on August 1, 2012. I have been in the 200s since high school so I guess I just want to get to 180 to see how if feels. I also have a lot of muscle mass and a large frame. No excuses. I just want to get to 180 and then go from there.0

Just goes to show how every body is different. I am 5'8 ...barely. I currently am 170 and I wear a loose 12. To be in a 9 I have to be about 150. We come in all shapes and sizes. Poor clothes makers! Good luck to you my dear!!!!!!!!!!0

That's really pretty low for that height. Is there a reason you are shooting for that low? I'm 5'6, the lowest I would ever go (and would be extremely hard for me to get there) is 125. Generally, my "happy" weight is just under 135. (ie, can drink wine, have snacks and maintain = happy weight!)0

5'5" here and looking to go to 130-140 range, but really, I'd be happy with dropping my bf% to anywhere from 17%-20% (read: I want muscles!)0
