6 week Challenge

Would anyone like to do a 6 weeks challenge with me? (April 26 - June 7)

12 pounds in 6 weeks? Anyone up for it?

    Been trying, but nothing has given me motivation. So, sure I'll give it a whirl!! If can pull 6 lbs in 6 weeks that will be a start!! Starting weight today is 156.8 lbs.

    I'm currently 208lbs.

    that means i need to be 196 in 6 weeks!

    Nothing specific. I'm exercising to Tae Bo and walking. I'm new to this too so if someone else has more suggestions then that's great. I guess we can start off by entering our starting weight as of today. Then enter your goal weight (as of June7). We'll keep track every Monday. Note: I'm working at this too...so I'm going to do my best to make this challenge and hope you do the same!
    Please keep accurate track of your own weigh-ins and also post on here every Monday. I need weights in by 9pm central time tonight and I will make a list! Thanks. I hope this works. Like I said I have never done this before.

    Welcome everyone! For this first week I would like everyone to post at least three goals. These do not have to be weight related. They can be anything. Anything at all!

    Goal #1 - Stay at my calorie goal
    Goal #2 - Exercise everyday at least 15 minutes
    Goal #3 - Get people on board! My husband is reluctantly starting to exercise and eat more healthy! We're getting there.

    I'd love to join in on this as well, 12 pounds is exactly what I'd like to lose in 6 weeks and yesterday was day one for my diet.

    At least 1 hour of Exercise 5 out of 7 days,
    Drink 1.5 litres of water per day
    Eat more fruit
