Been trying, but nothing has given me motivation. So, sure I'll give it a whirl!! If can pull 6 lbs in 6 weeks that will be a start!! Starting weight today is 156.8 lbs.0

Nothing specific. I'm exercising to Tae Bo and walking. I'm new to this too so if someone else has more suggestions then that's great. I guess we can start off by entering our starting weight as of today. Then enter your goal weight (as of June7). We'll keep track every Monday. Note: I'm working at this too...so I'm going to do my best to make this challenge and hope you do the same!
Please keep accurate track of your own weigh-ins and also post on here every Monday. I need weights in by 9pm central time tonight and I will make a list! Thanks. I hope this works. Like I said I have never done this before.
