I follow FMP religioulsy!!! I eat healthy, and have placed myself in a strict 1200 calorie diet. I do not eat junk food, so my sugar comes from fruit and and veggies, some from prepared sauces I choose to use.
I also do a strenuous 40 minute workout on the elliptical, followed by weights.
My question is will going over my sugar in FMP by average 45g affect weight loss?
