  • Homemade labneh ... if I make it with plain non fat yoghurt (and salt) I usually eat with veggie sticks.

Sometimes I make it with sweet non fat yoghurt and eat it with thin apple slices.

I love to heat a serving size of Peanut Butter in the microwave and then dip apple slices in it. When the Peanut Butter is warm is spreads better ant it seems to last longer.
I also add dip mix to plain greek yogurt & use it as a dip for veggies. You get more bang for your buck then using sour cream. & you never eat the whole thing so it is less calories.
    Enjoy

lol mine isnt going to sound as yummy as half the things on this list. I eat a hard boiled egg (white only) when im snacky. If i want something sweet I drink half a cup of vanilla almond milk. Both are pretty guilt free. I am a fairly picky eater :ohwell:

    Roasted Chickpeas

Oven to 450. Toss chickpeas with a little olive oil and sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning of choice... Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and dried out.

    Great crunch snack.
  • Greek yogurt or going to yogurtland and getting Froyo. I don't really care for calories. I mean all I worry about is the intake of Fat, Carbs, and sugar. Going over these factors can lead to extra fat in your life style. Yes LIFESTYLE not a diet.
