Sweet dessert - simple and only 115 calories
Take a Pillsbury Angel Food Fat Free cake mix (only - do not add other ingredients) pour in bowl. Add 20oz can of sugar free crushed pineapple. Stir the 2 by hand and once it is mixed and frothy, pour in a 13 x 9 pan. Bake for 30 minutes or so on 350 and voila......a great sweet treat!
