This. You can find it in bulk at netrition.com or it is around 5 bucks for a regular sized jar in the organic aisle (not all stores carry it)
It's basically peanut butter, but with the fat removed. It's really awesome and even though it goes quickly if you like peanut butter it's much lower calorie with almost no fat.0 -
I use almond butter because it has less carbs, which is what is more important for me. But still a lot of fat if that's what you're worried about.
Edit, I just re-read your post my bad...0 -
Blend up a banana with 1/4 cup peanut butter. (It adds sugar, but decreases calories. it's about 500 calories total for close to a 1/2 cup, vs. half a cup of peanut butter is 800. So I'd say that's not bad!)
I think that was from chocolatecoveredkatie.com. Also, here's another alternative:

My 100% natural peanut butter only has 8g of fat per tbs.0

I believe allrecipes.com has a recipe for making it. It was fairly simple if I recall. (well atleast the regular kind was on there..not so sure about the sugar free)0 -
6 ounce ribeye. Lower in fat higher in protein and tastes better.0

pb2 is awesome, I make cookies from it0

What is the issue with fat? It is calorie dense but it is also essential for health and hormonal balance.0

5.3 oz plain Greek yogurt = 15 grams of protein and only 80 cal! PB2 is good too. Cottage cheese has a nice protein kick too.0

Nutella? I've never used it though so I'm not sure how many calories are in it.0
-
Also, try mixing chopped nuts, bananas, and olive oil together - it works really well for me!0

For the record, peanut butter is a generally crappy protein source, but a fabulous fat source with some protein.
Try eggs, egg whites, whey protein in coffee, mozzarella string cheese, milk, greek yogurt, higher protein cereals with milk or greek yogurt....0 -
Nutella? I've never used it though so I'm not sure how many calories are in it.
Nutella is NOT a protein source, and high in calories, but a delicious alternative for PB.
There's a little protein in it, but even less than PB.0 -

Huh?
Peanut butter is not exactly a good source of protein. Why not have something protein rich. Eggs, lean meats, cottage cheese, protein powder. That sort of thing.0 -

Perfect for fat and carbs- almost no protein.0 -
Egg whites, almond butter0

Yogurt, of course0

High is sugar! If you make your own, you can increase the protein, and decrease the fat. Just blitz your desired quantity of nuts, drinking chocolate/cocoa and margarine in the kitchen whizz. Kids love it more than Nutella.0 -

Pumpkin butter is delicious, but not a protein source.0 -
A favourite of mine is avocado and tin tuna on whole grain toast.0

Lite cream cheese on toast with fresh strawberries, or a little little bit of berry jam!0

I second PB2.0
